Support
Email us and a person reads it. Tell us what you were doing, what happened, and which iPhone and iOS version you are on — that is usually enough for us to find it.
If you are in crisis
Clear Mind is not a crisis service, and support email is not monitored around the clock. If you are in danger or thinking about harming yourself, call 911, or call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) in the US. You can also text HOME to 741741. Outside the US, findahelpline.com lists services in your country.
How do I delete my account and my data?
In the app: Account → Delete account. It happens immediately and cannot be undone. The screen lists exactly what goes and the little that stays.
How do I stop Clear Mind using my health or location data?
Turn the permission off in the app’s permissions page, or in iOS Settings. Clear Mind keeps working without them; the parts that need that data stop filling in.
The assistant said something wrong or unhelpful. What do I do?
Give the reply a thumbs down and send the report. It carries the reply, the message that produced it, the reason you pick and anything you write. We read those, and they become test cases.
Who can use the beta?
Adults 18 or older, in the United States, on iPhone. Android is not open yet.
How do I install or update the beta build?
Through Apple’s TestFlight, using the invitation we email you. TestFlight notifies you when a new build is ready.
Is Clear Mind medical care?
No. It is not a medical device, not a substitute for professional care, and nothing it says — including about medication — is medical advice. Decisions about your treatment belong with your care team.
How do I ask for my data, or exercise a privacy right?
Email us. The Privacy Policy sets out the rights you have and the 45 days we have to respond.
