Clear Mind Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Clear Intelligence, LLC (Naperville, Illinois) for using the Clear Mind app. By using Clear Mind, you agree to these terms.

You installed Clear Mind through Apple's TestFlight, which has its own separate terms between you and Apple. These terms are your agreement with us.

Clear Mind is a wellness companion. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for care from a doctor, therapist, or other licensed professional.

When you chat in Clear Mind, you are talking with an AI assistant, not a human. It can be wrong. Never rely on it for medical decisions — always talk to a qualified professional about your health.

You must be at least 13 years old and live in the United States to use the Clear Mind beta.

If you are between 13 and 17, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these terms, the Beta Nondisclosure Agreement, and the Privacy Policy together with you before you use the app.

You agree to give us accurate information when you sign up.

Keep your login credentials private. You are responsible for activity on your account. If you think someone else has used your account, tell us right away.

Do not use Clear Mind to do anything unlawful, to harm or harass anyone, or to interfere with the service — no probing, scraping, or automated access.

You also agree to follow the Beta Nondisclosure Agreement you accepted.

Clear Mind handles sensitive well-being information, and we treat it with care. Our Privacy Policy — which you review and accept separately in the app — explains in plain terms what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. You can read it anytime under Account → Legal.

Clear Mind is provided "as is" and "as available" during the beta. Features may change, break, or be removed, the app may be unavailable at times, and data created during the beta may be reset. We appreciate your patience — that is what a beta is for.

We may use any feedback you share as described in the Beta Nondisclosure Agreement you accepted.

You can stop using Clear Mind at any time. We can suspend or end your beta access at any time, especially if you break these terms or the Beta Nondisclosure Agreement.

To the extent the law allows, Clear Intelligence is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the beta. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

If we make material changes to these terms, the app will show you the new version and ask you to accept it before you continue using Clear Mind.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in DuPage County, Illinois. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.

By tapping "Agree and Continue," you are signing these terms electronically, with the same legal effect as a handwritten signature. We keep a record of your acceptance, including the date, time, and version.
